Breakpoints #5
I read buch of Substack posts last week, plus random posts referenced in those Substack posts too. I am so glad the internet allows me to see through the minds of such brilliant people.
Jimmy Miller’s take on discovery coding is refreshing. To think back I have to admit I did discovery coding many times, and that approach has helped me a lot when I were navigating through open-source codebases
A brilliant video essay on fascism.
This guy looks like he teleported from the 50s to warn us about brainrot. Jokes aside, I really want to learn maths but I got too many on my plates already :)
This will now be my checklist on how to be a man.
The tone. Whenever this pops up on my YouTube recommendation, I instantly click on it.
I wish recruiters see this list.
Reality has a surprising amount of detail. This must be said louder. When I get my hands dirty does I learn a lot.
A good look into what makes a strong (and weak) engineer.
The Substack posts I mentioned earlier. All of them are a joy to read.
Wish you a wonderful week ahead!
